“Working at Tridha is extremely fulfilling. It involves a process of unlearning, looking at the world through the eyes of the students, being a part of their growth, and growing with them. The curriculum is so sensitively designed and the mentorship is so thorough that it brings out the best in the teacher. As a teacher, the school helps widen your horizons and aids in your growth as an individual. I have been here since 2014, and am proud to belong to the Tridha team.”

“It's been several years in Tridha and each day, each child is a new revelation. I've grown in more ways than I can count - as a person, a teacher, a mother and as a human being. Working in Tridha is an experience like no other and I'm thankful for being here and for all the support received, which has helped me evolve in many different ways.”

Janelle Bavishi
Kindergarten teacher, 2017-present

“From being a Tridha parent to becoming a teacher here, the journey has been particularly rewarding. As a class teacher, I don different hats throughout the day as I teach students to sing, paint, draw, model clay, play with numbers, read, write and so on. Working with head, heart and hands is now second nature to me. Over and above this, there’s something to look forward to - new things that I learn from my students every day!

Inspired by a spirited and multi-talented teacher community, I look forward to improve and hone my own skills. As I close, I'll only say - Tridha is and will always be an inseparable part of me!”

Gauri Savla
