Overall, no refunds are issued. All transactions are considered final.
If there are any edge cases exist, the following are listed.
Event Policy
By purchasing a pass for any event, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms outlined in this Refund Policy.
- Pass Purchases Are Final
All pass purchases for events hosted on this platform are final and non-refundable. Once your payment is processed, no refund, cancellation, or exchange of the pass will be allowed, regardless of the circumstances. This includes but is not limited to instances of event cancellation, rescheduling, or an attendee’s inability to attend. - Event Organiser’s Refund Policy
In some cases, the event organiser may specify a different refund or cancellation policy specific to the event. If such a policy exists, it will be clearly communicated on the event page at the time of purchase. The organiser’s policy will take precedence over this general No Refund Policy. - Force Majeure
In case the event is unable to take place due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or other causes beyond the organiser’s control (Force Majeure), the organiser reserves the right to reschedule the event or offer an alternative. In such cases, refunds will be handled in accordance with the school’s discretion. - No Refunds for Non-Attendance
If you fail to attend the event for any reason, you will not be entitled to any refund, credit, or reimbursement. It is your responsibility to make arrangements to attend the event on the scheduled date and time. - Changes to this Policy
TRIDHA reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time, and any such changes will be effective immediately upon being posted on this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed of any updates. - Jurisdiction
This No Refund Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes related to this policy or pass purchases shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.
Processing Time
Once the order is cancelled and processed for refund, our team will required 15 working days, the processing time shall vary and is completely depending the original mode of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within 15 working days from the initiation of the refunds:
- First check your payment instrument provider account/statement.
- Then contact your payment instrument issuers. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your payment instrument provider. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
